Michael Hally Construction, established as a Registered Company in June 2019, located in Ardfinnan, Co. Tipperary.
The Company’s strategy will be to provide value through Quality and Safety.
Initially the Company will focus on small works including one-off houses, alterations/extensions, refurbishment works and general building works.
Our aim is to prioritise Safety in Construction, Quality and Durability of Construction, Finish and
Efficient Management on all projects.
over 20 years’ experience
Company Director, Michael Hally has over 20 years’ experience in the building industry and is continuing a lifelong interest and following a family tradition.
Having worked with Hally & Sons Ltd. from commencement of his Apprenticeship in 1998 until December 2018, Michael decided to establish his own Company in early 2019.
Though this Company is independent, it is his intention to carry on the traditions of his Father and late Grandfather.
Our aim is to prioritise Safety in Construction, Quality and Durability of Construction, Finish and Efficient Management on all projects.
We have access to numerous reliable and competent Sub-Contractors to carry out Specialised Works, Plant Hire etc.
Architectural and Engineering advice, if required, can be provided by professional consultants as necessary.

Training & Experience
During his time with Hally & Sons Ltd. Michael has gained enormous experience through working on
a diverse range of projects.
Michael has attended courses on building regulations and project supervisor construction stage as well as having all safe pass courses etc. up to date.
We are a certified Installer of Air-Tightness Membrane etc. and are certified to erect and inspect scaffolding.

Projects
The photographs included in this ‘Profile’ are of two projects on which Michael Hally had a Senior Role.
One is a large free-standing Private House and the other comprised Alterations, Extension and Refurbishment of an existing House.
I managed both projects and worked on the construction itself.
